• If you sign up for the SINNER Free Insurance, we may collect your name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number, and the registered product(s).
• If you return items, we may collect your name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number, and the returned product(s).

We collect and process your personal data only for the purposes mentioned in the previous paragraph. We will seek your consent before using your personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above, unless the further use of your data is compatible with the purpose for which the personal data was initially collected. We will inform you of, and if necessary seek your consent to, any change in the use of your personal data.

We may use your data for decisions based on automated decision-making, including profiling. For example, we may use data on previous purchases and/or browsing data to suggest products that match those previous purchases. Order information
When you place an order for our products, we will retain that information for a minimum period of seven years after the end of the financial year in which you placed your order, in accordance with our legal obligation to keep records for tax purposes. After this period, upon your written request, we will delete the relevant information.

Correspondence and questions
When you ask a question or contact us by e-mail or via our contact form, we will keep your information for as long as necessary to answer and resolve your query. After this period, upon your written request, we will delete the relevant information.

Mailing list
We will retain the information you used to subscribe to our newsletter for as long as you remain subscribed (i.e. you do not unsubscribe) or if we decide to cancel our newsletter service, whichever occurs first. After this period, upon your written request, we will delete the relevant information.
