Outside Europe we ship via UPS Worldwide. Rates calculate at checkout based on weight and destination - local import duty paid by the buyer on arrival.

Thirty days from delivery to start, fourteen more days to ship. Refund hits your card within seven working days of the parcel arriving in Amsterdam.

Enter your order number and email on the returns portal. Pick the items, pick a reason, hit submit. No phone calls, no waiting on hold.

Print the label
We email a tracked UPS label within an hour. Print it, tape it on the original box (or any sturdy box), drop the items inside in original condition.

Drop at the carrier
Any UPS access point, or schedule a free home pickup through the email. We pay return shipping for orders over €50; below that, €5.95 is deducted from the refund.

From the moment we receive the parcel, your card is credited within seven working days - usually three. Same payment method, full original amount.

What's the return window?
Thirty days from delivery to start the return, plus a further fourteen days to get it in the post.
Who pays return shipping?
We do, for any return where the original order was over €50 or where the item arrived faulty. Below €50, €5.95 is deducted from your refund to cover the tracked label.
How long until I see the refund?
Seven working days from the parcel arriving in Amsterdam, refunded to the original payment method. Most banks reflect the credit within 1-3 working days after we trigger it.
What about prescription items?
Glazed prescription frames are made for one person and can't go back on the shelf, so they're non-returnable unless faulty. Unglazed frames follow the standard 30-day window.
